Area of Greatest Need
  Donate Area of Greatest Need
Donations to the Healthy Alaska Natives Foundation’s Fund for Area of Greatest Need are unrestricted so that we can quickly respond to unexpected challenges in any program within the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium, including programs at our flagship tertiary care institution, the Alaska Native Medical Center in Anchorage. There are a number of health risks and conditions that impact Alaska Native people at rates much higher than other American ethnic groups, including diabetes, cancer, alcoholism, obesity and suicide. Our goal is for Alaska Native people to be the healthiest people in the world. Your donation will help us get closer to achieving that goal.
Healthy Patients Fund
  Donate Cancer Care Fund
The Healthy Alaska Natives Foundation combats cancer through support for programs that go above and beyond the basic level of care. Cancer is the leading cause of death for Alaska Native people. Your donation to the Cancer Care Fund make it possible for the Foundation to support many aspects of cancer care at the Alaska Native Medical Center (ANMC).
  Donate Emergency Department Clothing Fund
Your donations to the Emergency Department (ED) Clothing Fund help comfort patients being treated for emergencies and life-threatening injuries at the Alaska Native Medical Center’s Trauma Center and Emergency Department. Your gift provides clean, warm clothing to replace outfits that are often soiled or torn as a result of a patient’s condition or emergency treatment. It means one less worry for them and their families, and patients can go home in comfort and with dignity.
  Donate Health Education Fund
The Healthy Alaska Natives Foundation supports efforts that help doctors and nurses combat serious conditions through the Health Education Fund. Knowledge makes it easier for medical professionals to treat serious conditions and gives patients the tools they need to live their lives to the fullest, so providing education is an important aspect of our efforts for Alaska Natives to be the healthiest people in the world.
  Donate Healthy Patients Fund
When you donate to support Healthy Patients you are doing far more than giving money. You are offering comfort to a person going through surgery, helping children get the medicine they need, strengthening cancer care at the Alaska Native Medical Center (ANMC), improving the quality of healthcare for Alaskans, helping children deal with the loss of a loved one, providing education to doctors and helping parents fly with their children who are traveling far from home for treatment.
Healthy Kids Fund
Donate Camp ARCTIC Fund (for kids with arthritis)
Through the Camp ARCTIC (Arthritis Can’t Tame My Independence and Courage) Fund, the Healthy Alaska Natives Foundation works with the Arthritis Foundation, Southcentral Foundation, and other wonderful members of our community to provide a free summer camp for kids of all ethnicities from across Alaska who have juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA).
  Donate Child Life Fund
The Alaska Native Medical Center (ANMC) is the first Tribal hospital in the country to employ a Certified Child Life Specialist. Child Life Specialists are specially trained to work with pediatric patients facing adverse experiences and help these children and their families develop positive coping skills that enable them to understand and overcome these experiences. Child Life Program staff members connect with healthcare providers, pediatric patients, and their family members in rural communities through trainings and direct outreach.
  Donate Family Birthing Services Fund
Around 1,500 babies born at the Alaska Native Medical Center (ANMC) each year. Donations help provide families with the full range of support they need to ensure their health and well-being from delivery to postpartum. Donations are used to expand our equipment and programs to support our tiniest patients and their family.
  Donate Healthy Kids Fund
You can help provide for the emotional needs of children dealing with health challenges. Whether they are undergoing surgery, coping with the loss of a loved one or facing a painful, life-limiting condition, your help enables the Healthy Alaska Natives Foundation to meet their needs.
Donate Lori Lange Memorial Toy Fund

  Donate Pediatrics Fund
This fund provides support to the Alaska Native Medical Center’s (ANMC’s) Pediatric Unit which includes Pediatrics, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The funds raised are used for basic, critical needs and to help fund efforts that make hospitalization less stressful for children and more comfortable for families so they can stay with their children, some of whom are fighting serious illnesses and may be hospitalized for extended periods of time before they can return to their home villages.
Healthy Communities Fund
